Providing every comfort, the apartments offer optimum ventilation, thanks to the panoramic windows and the entryway opening to the living room dining room area providing a cooking angle supplying complete stove with oven or microwave, washing machine, iron, television, and cooking utensils for all the conveniences. Some apartments have a fireplace, all apartments have access to a barbecue grill in the large garden. The bedrooms are all double or triple occupancy as needed, providing all bed linens and bathroom with shower. Every De Sanctis mini apartment has its own heating supply and permits domestic animals. The garden surrounding each De Sanctis mini apartment is a common area for all our guests, where you will find a place to relax, a solarium and a corner for barbecue grilling. Those lodging at our structure receive a fishing license and are permitted to fish in the nearby Lake Barrea, a privilege reserved only for residential fishermen.
